Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Groundskeeper for Oak Crest in Houston, TX. The role involves maintaining grounds, amenities, and curb appeal, supporting the service team, and ensuring safety standards are met across the community.

Responsibilities include daily site inspections, trash removal, assisting with turnover, lock changes, and responding to resident inquiries with professionalism. A valid driver's license for golf cart operation is required, with ability to perform physical tasks in all weather

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to remove litter and debris and keep common areas neat.
• Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before move-in and manage storage areas.
• Complete minor service requests and assist the make-ready process.
• Change locks as required and ensure pool area gates function safely.
• Distribute notices to residents and relay hazards to supervisors.
• Provide courteous customer service to residents and respond to maintenance questions.
