Rudeen-Management in Post Falls, Idaho, is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the community’s grounds and curb appeal. The role supports property cleanliness, manages litter, grounds maintenance tasks, and ensures a welcoming exterior for residents and prospects.

You will operate mowing equipment and pruning tools, collaborate with the maintenance team, and adhere to safety and housing regulations. A high school diploma and strong customer service are required; English proficiency a must.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• English language proficiency.
• Great customer service.
• Knowledge of environmental/industrial hazards as they apply to residential housing.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance with property clean up and prop walks.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with all team members.
• Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, snow blowers, trash compactors, pruning saws etc.
• Gather and remove litter.
• Remove animal waste.
• Rake, mulch, and compost leaves.
• Maintains the highest level of customer service for prospects, residents, and vendors.
• Compliance with company standards and applicable laws, e.g., Fair Housing, Landlord Tenant, Local Building Codes, OSHA, and EEOC
