Job summary

Prodigy Property Management LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper for a Tuesday through Saturday shift to maintain grounds, parking areas, and common facilities in Rathdrum, Idaho. You will ensure cleanliness and orderly conditions under supervision, performing routine cleaning, grounds work, and light maintenance tasks.

The role supports the Community/Property team, requiring punctuality and the ability to follow directions, attend trainings, and collaborate with other staff to keep outdoor spaces

Qualifications

• Duties require cleaning and preventative maintenance of common areas.
• Ability to follow directions from supervisor and attend training.
• Reliable, punctual with basic upkeep tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, surfaces, and trim
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
• Dust furniture and equipment
• Polish metalwork
• Wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork
• Wash windows, door panels, and sills
• Empty wastebaskets and empty/clean ashtrays
• Transport trash and waste to the disposal area
• Replenish bathroom supplies
• Replace light bulbs
• Cut and trim grass and shovel snow
• Deliver messages
• Transport small equipment or tools between departments
• Attend and participate in regular meetings and training, as assigned

Summary: To be responsible, under the direction of the Community Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor, for the overall maintenance and care of the grounds, parking areas, and common area facilities so they always stay clean and orderly.
