Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep common areas clean and presentable.
• Assist with make-ready tasks and turnover of vacant apartments.
• Perform routine service requests as directed by supervisor or manager.
• Change locks as required and ensure pool area gates function safely.
• Distribute notices or communications to residents as needed.
• Report hazards to supervisors promptly and accurately.
• Provide courteous service to residents and address maintenance concerns.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in required safety trainings.
