Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a maintenance-focused team member to ensure community grounds and amenities are well-kept and compliant with safety standards. You will support the service team across daily upkeep, turnover readiness, and resident communications.

This role requires physical work, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic residential setting.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods and bend, stoop, climb ladders.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and travel to other properties as needed.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Adherence to safety policies and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter and ensure common areas are neat.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and prepare units for turnover.
• Complete minor service requests and assist with make-ready process.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates meet safety codes.
• Distribute notices to residents and communicate important information.
• Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors.
• Provide courteous customer service and respond to resident questions and complaints.
• Attend safety meetings and follow safety training and policies.
