Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure community grounds and amenities meet standards and to support the service team. The role involves cleaning, trash removal, and assisting with turn processes to maintain curb appeal across properties.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, reporting hazards, and delivering strong resident service while working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsabilités

• Inspects the community daily to keep areas neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and assists the make-ready process.
• Completes routine service requests and supports the make-ready specialist.
• Changes locks and inspects pool area safety and gate functionality.
• Distributes notices to residents and reports hazards to supervisors.
• Demonstrates customer service by addressing resident questions and concerns.
