Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required to operate a golf cart on property.
• Experience in maintenance or service roles preferred.
• Comfortable working in a safety‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Clean and maintain storage areas and remove trash from vacant apartments during make-ready.
• Complete routine service requests and assist the make-ready process.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates meet safety codes.
• Communicate notices to residents and report hazards to supervisors.
• Provide courteous customer service and address resident questions and concerns.
