Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Associate to ensure the physical upkeep of our community, maintain curb appeal, and support the service team. The role includes cleaning, turnover support, and safety conformity across outdoor and indoor spaces.

Responsibilities include daily site inspections, trash removal, completing routine work orders, and assisting with make-ready efforts. A valid driver’s license is required to operate a golf cart on property.

• Complete routine service requests and assist turnover process.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to remove litter and ensure tidy common areas.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and assist in the make-ready process.
• Complete minor service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates function according to safety standards.
• Distribute notices and communications to residents when needed.
• Report hazards or potentially dangerous conditions to supervisors.
• Provide courteous customer service to residents and respond to maintenance complaints.
