Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Miami, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal. The role supports the service team and requires routine upkeep, make-ready coordination, and safety adherence.

Schedule is typically Monday–Friday with on-site responsibilities at a 264-unit community. Responsibilities include inspecting grounds, removing trash from units prior to turnover, changing locks as needed, and communicating hazards to supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments before the make-ready process and manage storage areas.
• Complete assigned minor and routine service requests and assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process.
• Change all locks on property and ensure pool area gates meet safety codes and operate correctly.
• Distribute notices and communications to residents as necessary.
• Inform supervisors of any hazards or potentially dangerous situations for residents and staff.
• Provide customer service by responding to resident questions and handling complaints about maintenance services.
• Attend safety meetings, complete required OSHA training, and report accidents promptly.
