• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep grounds, amenities, and common areas neat and litter-free.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and prepare units for turnover.
• Complete routine service requests and assist with make-ready turns.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates meet safety codes.
