Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a diligent maintenance technician to keep the community’s grounds, amenities, and curb appeal in top condition. You will support the service team and work to uphold Greystar standards across property operations.

Responsibilities include inspecting for litter, handling trash and turnover cleanouts, completing routine service requests, changing locks, maintaining pool area safety, and communicating hazards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach and lift up to 25 pounds (50 with assistance).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter and ensure common areas are neat and well maintained.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and support make-ready turnover processes.
• Complete routine service requests and assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process.
• Change locks as required and ensure pool area gates meet safety standards.
• Distribute notices and communicate with residents; report hazards promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service to residents and respond to maintenance-related inquiries.
