Qualifications

• Holds a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community to remove litter and maintain common areas.
• Move trash and prepare vacant apartments for turnover; handle storage areas.
• Complete routine service requests as directed by supervision and assist make-ready processes.
• Change locks and ensure pool gates meet safety codes.
• Distribute notices to residents as needed.
• Report hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous resident service and address maintenance complaints.
• Attend safety meetings and follow OSHA safety requirements.
