Job summary

Royal American Management (Park Apartments, Homestead, FL) seeks a Housekeeper/Porter to clean apartment homes to move-in standards and maintain attractive common areas. Requires ability to work Monday–Friday, and possibly weekends/holidays, with strong attendance and communication.

The role combines housekeeping with grounds maintenance under direct supervision of the Community Manager; prior multi-family experience preferred. High school diploma preferred; OSHA safety practices expected.

Qualifications

• Apply common sense to follow written instructions.
• Work under time constraints.
• Limited computer literacy.
• Must have government issued ID or valid driver’s license as required by location.

Responsibilities

• Clean apartment homes to move-in standards.
• Maintain common areas for cleanliness and attractiveness.
• Perform porter's duties: grounds care and exterior maintenance.
• Report safety issues and unusual circumstances to supervisor.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
