Job summary

First Pointe Management Group is seeking a friendly, full-time Groundskeeper for our 160-unit apartment community in Sacramento, CA. You will perform light painting, de-web corners, power-wash areas in need, and daily cleaning of common areas while representing FPMG with excellent resident service.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm. Ideal candidates have at least six months of work experience, can read and write English, lift up to 25 lbs, basic computer skills, and a
