Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a Porter for our 280‑unit Family Community in Sacramento, CA. The Porter reports to the Community Manager and is a non-exempt role with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Overtime and weekends may be required. Starting pay is $22–$24 per hour, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. The successful candidate will perform grounds maintenance, ensure safety and cleanliness, and support make‑ready tasks and resident communications as

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience is a must.
• Inventory experience is required.
• Experience in turning a unit is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property frequently, pick up litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Maintain HAZCOM standards and keep Safety Data Sheets accessible.
• Monitor hazardous materials storage per laws and EPA/OSHA rules.
• Check exterior lighting and report unsafe conditions.
• Distribute resident communications and manage community notices.
• Assist with make-ready duties and other physical tasks as directed.
