Job summary

First Pointe Management Group is seeking a friendly, full-time Groundskeeper for our 160-unit apartment community in Sacramento, CA. You will perform light painting, de-web corners, power-wash areas in need, and daily cleaning of common areas while representing FPMG with excellent resident service.

We are currently searching for a friendly, energetic full time Groundskeeper for our 160 unit apartment community located in Sacramento, Ca. This position requires you: assist with light painting projects, de-web corners, power-wash areas in need, daily cleaning of common areas, and representing FPMG proudly by providing excellent customer service to our residents!

Schedule:

Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm
