West Coast Self-Storage Group has a full-time opening in Silverdale for a floating Assistant Property Manager. Ideal candidates have retail sales and customer service experience and seek growth within the career path.

Location details note commuting to support Silverdale & Bremerton as needed, with primary work in Silverdale. Schedule is full-time, weekends required, 9:45am-6:15pm, with rotation for coverage.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to meet retail sales and occupancy objectives.
• Comfort with cash handling and basic financial tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Show available units and guide customers through leasing.
• Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service including in-person, phone and web inquiries.
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash.
• General office tasks: filing, customer accounts, mail and deliveries.
• Maintain property to West Coast’s Clean & Operational standards.

West Coast Self-Storage Group has a full-time opening in Silverdale for a floating Assistant Property Manager. Ideal candidates would have retail sales and customer service experience and are looking to grow within our career path.

Location Details: This team member will be expected to commute to support our Silverdale & Bremerton as needed. Will primarily be working in Silverdale.

Schedule: Full-time, either Sat & Sun or Sun & Mon off depending on facility coverage. Working from 9:45am-6:15pm.

Day To Day

• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process
• Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives
• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries)
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash
• General office tasks, e.g., filing, managing customer accounts, sorting mail/deliveries
• Maintain property to West Coast’s Clean & Operational standards, e.g., cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs
• Other duties assigned by leadership

What You Will Bring

• Retail Sales, Cash Management, and Customer Service experience
• Ability to self-manage while working independently to complete team and company objectives
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays (required)
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
