Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group is seeking friendly, self-motivated individuals for a part-time Groundskeeper position focused on maintaining exterior curb appeal for apartment communities.

The role requires 2+ years of grounds experience and may involve light maintenance, coordinating with managers and leasing staff to support marketing and leasing efforts. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• 2+ years of grounds experience preferred
• Multifamily experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Cleaning grounds daily to maintain exterior curb appeal.
• Report any physical damage or concerns about the exterior to the Community.
• Light maintenance improvements as necessary to the exterior.
• Assist with leasing programs involving the exterior of the grounds.
• Recommend and implement improvements to the exterior for marketing and leasing.
• Assist residents with special needs or requests.
• Demonstrate ability to resolve physical problems for the community.
• Other duties as assigned, which the employee is capable of performing.
• Coordinate with Manager and leasing staff on high visibility areas.
