Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance/Grounds position responsible for keeping the community clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will work with the service team to ensure curb appeal and satisfy residents, performing make-ready tasks and safety-focused duties.

Responsibilities include litter removal, trash handling, making-ready support, lock changes, and hazard reporting while maintaining a high level of customer service and compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community to keep common areas and amenities neat and free of litter.
• Remove trash and prepare vacants during make-ready process.
• Complete routine service requests as directed by supervisor or manager.
• Change locks and ensure pool gates meet safety standards.
• Distribute notices to residents and communicate with staff.
• Identify and report hazards for residents and staff.
• Provide courteous customer service and address resident concerns.
