Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and proactively solve issues.
• Maintain the physical condition and curb appeal of the property.
• Operate hand tools and power tools to perform upkeep tasks.
• Picks up debris and removes other objects from the property.
• Respond to issues outside of normal work schedule when required.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
