Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the external appearance of our community, support make-ready tasks, and perform minor repairs under the direction of the Service Manager.

You will inspect the property daily, remove litter, manage trash from vacant units, and assist with notices to residents while delivering courteous service and upholding safety standards. Weekend availability and a 40-hour week are common.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Property Management and Customer Service experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs; 150 lbs with assistance.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop and squat.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and cleans dumpster/storage areas.
• Completes service requests as assigned.
• Distributes notices and communications to residents as necessary.
• Informs supervisor of hazards or dangerous situations.
• Demonstrates customer service by treating residents with respect and addressing complaints.
• Follows RangeWater safety policies and attends safety meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
