Job summary

HHHunt’s Abberly Royal Creek apartments in Raleigh, NC are seeking a Groundskeeper who puts residents first and delivers quality service every day. You will maintain pristine grounds, manage the parking lot and shared spaces, assist in make-ready units, and represent the community professionally both on and off the property.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and is open to guidance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 2 years of experience in a similar field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meticulous upkeep of grounds, parking lot, amenities, leasing office, and other community buildings, interior and exterior.
• Remove all trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.
• Assist in the preparation of make ready units, including removing trash from vacant apartments.
• Represent the community in a professional manner at all times on/off the property.
