SPM, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our communities and create a welcoming environment for residents. You will care for grounds, pick up debris, and assist with light maintenance, ensuring timely completion of service requests and adherence to OSHA safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience or working knowledge of grounds care and basic maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented team player.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude with a courteous and cooperative approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining community grounds to ensure a clean, well-kept appearance.

Position Overview

As our Groundskeeper, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property. You’ll help create an inviting environment residents are proud to call home - through quality care, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Maintaining community grounds to ensure a clean, well-kept appearance

Picking up debris and keeping all outdoor areas tidy

Assisting with light maintenance tasks when needed

Completing service requests promptly and efficiently (within 24 hours)

Following OSHA safety guidelines and company policies

Supporting the Property Manager and Maintenance Team as needed

What We’re Looking For
