Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor areas across our multi-family communities in Davenport, IA. You will help preserve curb appeal, perform light repairs, and support the property team to ensure resident satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. Weekend shifts may be required, with a standard 40-hour work week and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining outdoor spaces at residential properties is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Awareness of safety policies and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain common areas for cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Remove litter and prepare vacant units for turnover.
• Complete service requests and communicate safety concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with routine repairs and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Support the property team to ensure resident satisfaction.
