Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior and curb appeal of our apartment community in Davenport, FL. You will perform grounds maintenance, assist with make-ready, and support the Service Manager with daily tasks.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and a background in property management or customer service. A valid driver's license and basic computer skills are required. This is a full-time on-site role with occasional weekend hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Property management and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to use basic computer software for work orders and records.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to remove litter, debris and pet droppings.
• Keep common areas, office spaces and amenities neat and free of litter.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and prepare units for make-ready.
• Complete service requests as assigned by the Service Manager.
• Distribute notices and communications to residents as needed.
• Inform supervisor of hazards or potentially dangerous situations.
• Provide courteous resident interactions and responsive maintenance support.
• Attend safety meetings and complete required OSHA training.
• Other duties as assigned.
