Job summary

Robbins Property Associates is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of our South Pasadena, FL community. This role focuses on outdoor upkeep and contributing to a welcoming environment for residents.

Ideal candidates value hard work and teamwork. Prior groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or maintenance experience is preferred but not required. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Applicant should be dependable with a good work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, common areas, breezeways, and amenities.
• Remove trash and maintain dumpster/compactor areas.
• Assist with apartment make-ready preparation.
• Support curb appeal through pressure washing and general cleanup.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist the maintenance team with property projects as needed.
