Robbins Property Associates is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to help maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of one of our apartment communities in South Pasadena, FL. This role suits someone who enjoys outdoor work and takes pride in presenting welcoming spaces for residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, common areas, breezeways, and amenities
• Remove trash and maintain dumpster/compactor areas
• Assist with apartment make-ready preparation
• Support curb appeal through pressure washing and general cleanup
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Assist the maintenance team with property projects as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, common areas, breezeways, and amenities
• Remove trash and maintain dumpster/compactor areas
• Assist with apartment make-ready preparation
