Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or maintenance experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, common areas, breezeways, and amenities.
• Remove trash and maintain dumpster/compactor areas.
• Assist with apartment make-ready preparation.
• Support curb appeal through pressure washing and general cleanup.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist the maintenance team with property projects as needed.
