Robbins Place Apartments in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior spaces and common areas of our community. This full-time role offers outdoor work and the chance to contribute to a welcoming environment for residents.

The ideal candidate has a customer-focused work ethic and may have previous groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or maintenance experience. Benefits include PTO, holidays, insurance, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to perform outdoor work and maintain clean, safe common areas.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, common areas, breezeways, and amenities.
• Remove trash and maintain dumpster/compactor areas.
• Assist with apartment make-ready preparation.
• Support curb appeal through pressure washing and general cleanup.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist the maintenance team with property projects as needed.
