Job summary

Robbins Property Associates is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to help maintain the cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall appearance of one of our apartment communities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in creating a welcoming environment for residents.

We offer 3 weeks of PTO in the first year, 9 paid holidays, a paid birthday day off, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• We are seeking dependable team members who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in maintaining beautiful communities, and have a strong work ethic.
• Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or maintenance experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, common areas, breezeways, and amenities
• Remove trash and maintain dumpster/compactor areas
• Assist with apartment make-ready preparation
• Support curb appeal through pressure washing and general cleanup
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Assist the maintenance team with property projects as needed
