Qualifications
- Basic maintenance aptitude including light landscaping and cleanup tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork with maintenance and leasing teams.
- Attention to safety and detail in all grounds and communal areas.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Daily trash pickup and property cleanliness.
- Maintain pool, laundry, mail, and recreational areas.
- Keep sidewalks and parking areas free of debris.
- Clean and rake shrub areas; remove mud or snow as needed.
- Plant flowers and shrubs as directed by Maintenance Supervisor.
- Assist with fencing repairs, cleanup, and other tasks.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Support the Maintenance team as needed.
