Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Groundskeeper to join our team and maintain all outdoor areas in a safe, attractive condition under the direction of the Service Manager. Hours vary by community and may include weekends and after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities include walking the property to remove litter and debris, performing trash-out duties at vacated apartments, maintaining exterior lighting, and cleaning pools or spas.

Qualifications

• Walk property daily to remove litter and debris.
• Perform trash-out duties at vacated apartments.
• Maintain exterior lighting and safety signs.
• Clean and maintain pool or spa as directed.
• Perform routine maintenance and pressure wash as needed.
