Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to perform general maintenance tasks on a property.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community and keep common areas clean and presentable.
• Assist make-ready process by removing trash and preparing vacants.
• Perform routine service requests as directed by supervisor or manager.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates work according to codes.
• Communicate hazards to supervisors and respond to resident inquiries respectfully.
