Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance associate to uphold the physical condition of a multifamily community in Meridian, Idaho. You will maintain grounds, assist service staff, and support make-ready work, ensuring curb appeal and safety standards are met.

The role requires performing varied outdoor tasks, responding to resident inquiries with professionalism, and participating in safety meetings. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform general maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform outdoor duties.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily, keeps common areas neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and assists in the make-ready process.
• Completes routine service requests and supports the make-ready process.
• Changes locks as required and ensures pool gates meet safety standards.
• Distributes notices to residents and informs supervisors of hazards.
• Provides responsive resident service and handles complaints about maintenance.
