Job summary

Terraces of Boise, a HumanGood community, seeks a Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician I to maintain landscaping and building systems. You will perform mowing, pruning, irrigation care, basic repairs, and routine maintenance to ensure a clean, manicured environment for residents.

Work includes operating light to medium equipment, assisting with refurbishments, and supporting the environmental services team. On-site role at the Boise community with a focus on resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping and general maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to operate light to medium maintenance equipment and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping duties: mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, mulching, and debris removal.
• Monitor and maintain irrigation systems; apply fertilizer and pest control as needed.
• Assist with repairs and painting; handle drywall installation and disposal as required.
• Ensure grounds and equipment are kept clean and organized; report deficiencies to supervisor.
