Job summary

Greystar in San Antonio, TX is hiring a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical community is clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will handle grounds, amenities, and make-ready tasks, while delivering responsive service to residents.

The role requires a valid driver’s license for golf-cart operation, physical stamina to perform hands-on tasks, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive hourly pay with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in property maintenance or groundskeeping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep common areas clean and welcoming.
• Perform make-ready tasks, clean vacant units, and manage trash.
• Complete routine service requests and assist the make-ready process.
• Change locks and ensure pool area safety standards.
• Communicate hazards to supervisors and assist residents professionally.
• Attend safety trainings and follow OSHA guidelines.
