Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, amenities, and curb appeal of our Atlanta community. The role includes routine cleaning, trash removal, and assisting with make-ready work for vacant apartments.

You will interact with residents, deliver courteous service, and follow safety procedures during site operations. This full-time on-site position supports our team during regular site hours and may require occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in property management or customer service preferred.
• Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain grounds, amenities, and curb appeal daily.
• Remove litter and debris and manage trash in dumpster/storage areas.
• Assist with make-ready tasks for vacant apartments.
• Support safety by reporting hazards and attending safety meetings.
• Provide respectful resident service and respond to inquiries.
