TI Communities in Illinois is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain curb appeal and create a welcoming environment for residents. From sunup to sundown you will keep the property clean, safe, and well-kept, patrolling grounds, refreshing walkways, and ensuring common areas look their best.

You will handle light physical tasks year-round, assist the maintenance crew with make-ready projects, and report hazards promptly.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patrol and maintain the community grounds, removing trash and debris.
• Clean and refresh common areas such as walkways, courtyards, and amenity spaces.
• Ensure trash bins and pet stations are emptied and in good condition.
• Report maintenance needs or safety hazards promptly to the team.
• Support the maintenance crew with make-ready projects and seasonal tasks.
