Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain landscape and the interior/exterior image of the community. This role is a customer-service driven team player reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities include keeping the property clean and OSHA compliant, assisting with trash outs, and performing daily inspections while adhering to Landmark policies and procedures. It also involves engaging residents and supporting community events.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Keep the property litter free.
• Assist with unit trash outs.
• Deliver notices.
• Report time and attendance.
• Make daily inspections of the community.
• Understand and adhere to Landmark Properties policies and procedures.
• Understand the needs and expectations of residents and exceed their expectations.
• Develop a sense of community among residents and staff.
• Maintain a positive community environment and encourage participation in events.
• Assist with the property’s turn.
• Understand, communicate, and enforce safety and evacuation policies.
• Document and report behaviors violating the lease to the Community Manager.
• Inspect the property and report problems to Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
