Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our residential property and uphold the high service standard for residents and clients. Responsibilities include cleaning breezeways, sweeping debris, replacing light bulbs in common areas, walking the property monthly, pressure washing buildings, preparing market-ready units, and keeping all common areas and amenities clean.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings and breezeways to keep them free from trash and cobwebs.
• Sweep and/or blow debris from property.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings.
• Walk the property monthly to inspect for issues and safety hazards.
• Pressure wash the buildings as needed.
• Prepare market-ready units for occupancy.
• Clean all common areas, model units, and amenities.
• Keep the compactor area free from debris.
