Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to help maintain our residential properties in Palm Springs, CA. The role involves cleaning, landscaping, and keeping breezeways and common areas free of debris to ensure market-ready units.

You'll perform building maintenance tasks, replace light bulbs, pressure wash exteriors, and help preserve a positive living environment for residents and clients. Full-time with competitive benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings and breezeways, keeping them free from trash and cobwebs.
• Sweep and/or blow debris from walkways and common areas.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings.
• Walk the property monthly to inspect and identify needs.
• Pressure wash exterior surfaces to maintain curb appeal.
• Prepare market-ready units for new residents.
• Clean all common areas, model units and amenities.
• Maintain the compactor area free from debris.

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining the buildings
• Breezeways to be free from trash and cobwebs
• Sweeping and/or blowing debris
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings,
• Walking the property monthly,
• Pressure washing the buildings,
• Preparing market ready units,
• Cleaning of all common areas, model units and amenities
• Maintaining of compactor area to be free from debris.
