Job summary

ZRS Management in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our residential properties and common areas. You will perform routine upkeep, cleaning, and minor repairs to ensure market-ready units and a welcoming environment for residents and clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the buildings and breezeways, free of trash and cobwebs.
• Sweep and/or blow debris from walkways.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings.
• Walk the property monthly.
• Pressure wash the buildings.
• Prepare market-ready units.
• Clean all common areas, model units and amenities.
• Maintain the compactor area free from debris.

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining the buildings
• Breezeways to be free from trash and cobwebs
• Sweeping and/or blowing debris
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings,
• Walking the property monthly,
• Pressure washing the buildings,
• Preparing market ready units,
• Cleaning of all common areas, model units and amenities
• Maintaining of compactor area to be free from debris.
