Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our residential properties in Delray Beach, FL. You will be responsible for keeping buildings and breezeways clean, removing debris, and ensuring common areas are well maintained.

Responsibilities include replacing light bulbs, walking the property monthly, pressure washing buildings, and preparing market-ready units. The role offers full-time hours with competitive benefits and an emphasis on service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Keep the compactor area free from debris.
