Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our residential property in Alabama. The role covers upkeep of buildings, breezeways, common areas and model units, ensuring the property remains clean and market-ready for residents and clients.

The successful candidate will perform routine maintenance tasks, walk the property monthly, and manage debris in outdoor spaces while contributing to a safe, well-kept living environment. We offer comprehensive benefits with this full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the buildings.
• Breezeways to be free from trash and cobwebs.
• Sweeping and/or blowing debris.
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings.
• Walking the property monthly.
• Pressure washing the buildings.
• Preparing market ready units.
• Cleaning of all common areas, model units and amenities.
• Maintaining of compactor area to be free from debris.

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining the buildings
• Breezeways to be free from trash and cobwebs
