Job summary

Nolan Living is seeking a Groundskeeper in Overland Park, KS to maintain landscaping, assist with apartment make-readies, and support a clean, safe environment for residents. The role supports the onsite Operations team and reports to the Property Manager.

The right candidate has some grounds maintenance experience, ability to follow safety guidelines, and willingness to handle basic building trades with hand and power tools. Equal opportunity employer, E-Verify required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of related experience
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Knowledge of grounds maintenance and basic building trades
• Ability to operate hand and power tools
• Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping by mowing, raking, watering, weeding, trimming, and laying sod
• Pick up and dispose of litter and trash throughout the property
• Clean and maintain common areas and grounds
• Perform non-technical maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Assist with make-ready tasks including painting, drywall repair, and general carpentry
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools, equipment, and supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned
