Nolan Living seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician (HVAC Certified) in McKinney, TX. You will perform preventive maintenance, repair HVAC and building systems, and help with renovations. The role requires 4+ years in maintenance and HVAC Type 2 or EPA Universal certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required- Type 2 or EPA Universal.
• 4+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 3 years in a trade-specific role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, tools, and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
• Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check and E-Verify required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Troubleshoot and respond to service requests efficiently and professionally.
• Inspect equipment and facilities to ensure safety and operational readiness.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of supplies.
• Prepare reports, logs, and service documentation.
• Assist with renovation and construction projects as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
