Job summary

Nolan Living in Overland Park, KS seeks a Groundskeeper to maintain landscaping, assist with apartment make-readies, and keep common areas pristine. You’ll contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents across our communities.

The role supports maintenance tasks, safety, and team collaboration, with opportunities for growth and on-site benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of related experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of grounds maintenance and basic building trades.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping by mowing, raking, watering, weeding, trimming, and laying sod.
• Pick up and dispose of litter and trash throughout the property.
• Clean and maintain common areas and grounds.
• Perform non-technical maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Assist with make-readies including painting, drywall repair, and general carpentry.
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
