Job summary

Arlington Properties is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to keep our communities clean, safe, and inviting. You will maintain grounds, assess maintenance needs, and assist with turnovers to ensure resident satisfaction and great first impressions.

No prior experience required; built for a team player who works well outdoors in all weather and can lift up to 100 lbs. Training and a supportive culture are provided.

Qualifications

• No prior maintenance or landscaping experience required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks daily.

Responsibilities

• Keep the grounds, walkways, stairways, and public areas clean and debris-free.
• Assist with routine property maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Report repair and maintenance needs to the Service Manager.
• Perform basic maintenance and help prepare units for new residents.
• Maintain neat and organized work and storage areas.
• Support the maintenance team with move-outs and turnovers.
• Help with seasonal tasks such as snow or leaf removal.
• Clean and maintain pool areas (where applicable).
• Adhere to all safety and company policies.
