Job summary

Westdale Asset Management seeks a groundskeeper for our North Miami Beach property, a 363-unit luxurious high-rise, to maintain the grounds and common areas. The role emphasizes outdoor upkeep and a keen eye for detail to welcome residents.

You will walk the grounds, collect debris, and perform light repairs under supervision from the Community Manager and Service Supervisor. Schedule: Mon-Sat, 8:00 am–5:00 pm; weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must meet all physical requirements.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Walking the property grounds and common areas.
• Picking up trash and debris.
• Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies.
• Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager.

Rate: $18.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are seeking a groundskeeper for our 363-unitluxurioushigh-rise in North Miami Beach, FL! Our Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. If you enjoy working outside and have an eye for detail, we would love to meet you!
