Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking a Groundskeeper for a 336-unit apartment community in northwest Houston. The role focuses on general upkeep of grounds and common areas, with attention to detail and outdoor work.

Work hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with weekends possible based on property needs. Competitive salary, benefits, and an energetic environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Valid Texas driver's license preferred
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

• Walking the property grounds and common areas
• Picking up trash and debris
• Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies
• Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/orAssistant Community Manager

Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are seeking a groundskeeper for our 336-unit apartment community in northwest Houston! Our Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. If you enjoy working outside and have an eye for detail, we would love to meet you!
